Rachael Hymas Berlin Photo

Rachael Hymas is a London-based creative strategist and connector with over 15 years of experience across architecture, interior design, and brand development.

Beginning her career as an Architectural Designer, Rachael’s academic achievements - a fully sponsored BA (Hons) in Architecture and a Diploma in Interior Design - form the foundation of her professional journey. During this time she worked on projects for clients such as LEGO, Deutsche Bank, Coca-Cola and Harrods. Additionally, working on some of the UK’s most premium real estate projects alongside names such as David Chipperfield Architects.

She leads her eponymous consultancy, Hymas Consulting, where she provides creative partnerships, business development and brand strategy to design-led organisations. Through this work, she currently serves as Head of Partnerships at London Design Festival and is a Brand Ambassador for Graphenstone Paints and Studio Mae, building impactful collaborations across the creative sector.

Rachael is also the founder of If Not Now Then When? (INNTW), a platform launched in 2017 to make the design industry more accessible through a podcast, curated events, motivational talks, mentoring programmes, and a comprehensive business toolkit.

Known for forging strategic partnerships and driving creative initiatives, Rachael champions inclusive, vibrant communities that celebrate innovation and opportunity. Her multidisciplinary expertise and extensive network allow her to deliver tailored services that empower both global design brands and emerging entrepreneurs.
