London Design Festival
Rachael began working with London Design Festival as Partnerships Manager in 2022 during its landmark 20th anniversary year and has continued through subsequent editions.
Acting as an ambassador for the Festival to both local and international stakeholders, she has been responsible for recruiting and managing Design Districts, Design Fairs, and Festival Partners.
Her role has encompassed shaping partnership strategy, leading presentations, nurturing design talent, supporting collaborations, tracking commercial targets, and representing the Festival year-round.
As of early 2025, Rachael was appointed Head of Partnerships, now overseeing the wider strategic direction and development of the Festival’s partnership network.

Graphenstone
In 2024, Rachael was appointed as a brand ambassador for Graphenstone paints. She focuses on raising awareness of the brand within the Architecture and Design community, while also providing a broad range of business development services. These include introducing the brand to relevant industry contacts, attending events as a brand representative, acting as an industry advisor, and identifying opportunities for collaboration, marketing, and growth.
Rachael is proud to represent Graphenstone - a brand at the forefront of sustainable innovation in the paint industry.

Rachael’s role with Studio Mae spans creative direction, business strategy, and new lead generation services across both London and Sydney.
She supports the studio in expanding its reach and aligning with likeminded partners and clients who share a vision for conscious, health-focused design.

London Design Biennale
Rachael acted as the Relationship Manager for London Design Biennale 2023.
Her role primarily focused on the inaugural Eureka! exhibition, which launched as part of the 2023 edition at Somerset House, London. In addition to overseeing stakeholder engagement for this new initiative, she also worked alongside the team curating the official Design Summit, held at Chatham House - the Royal Institute of International Affairs - in 2022.
Rachael’s involvement spanned relationship building, coordination with international participants, and supporting the Biennale’s mission to foster global design collaboration.

BDG Architecture + Design
Rachael provided international digital content services to BDG architecture + design, an international creative agency specialising in workplace consultancy and design.
Her work supported the development and delivery of a comprehensive marketing strategy, including social media planning and execution, analytical reporting, brand positioning, and digital marketing. She liaised regularly with BDG’s studios in London, New York, São Paulo, and Shanghai to ensure globally consistent messaging.
Rachael’s deep understanding of BDG’s values and strategic direction was key to supporting their dynamic digital presence.

Rachael worked closely with Alice Breed, Founder of DNA Partners, to support the agency’s evolving brand through creative direction, brand strategy, and digital content consultancy.
With a deep understanding of DNA’s values - centred on sustainability, craftsmanship, and the influence of inspirational people - Rachael helped shape and communicate the agency’s vision to a broad design audience.
In addition to her consultancy work, Rachael collaborated with several of the internationally recognised furniture brands represented by DNA Partners. Her role included brand ambassador activities, international travel for content creation, and producing strategic digital campaigns that reflected the brands’ eco-conscious philosophies.
As Creative Brand Consultant, Rachael developed a tailored digital output plan to spotlight the importance of DNA’s message and the exceptional makers they represent.

Dodds & Shute
Rachael began her collaboration with Dodds & Shute as a Creative Business Consultant, immersing herself in the company’s ethos by attending team meetings, strategic workshops, and stakeholder sessions. This allowed her to gain a deep understanding of the mission, core values, and distinct position within the design industry - particularly its commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainability.
As the partnership evolved, Rachael took on a broader role, supporting project teams as a press facilitator and content strategist. She developed a comprehensive digital content plan aligned with the voice and values, crafting engaging narratives and visual assets to amplify Dodds & Shute’s presence across digital platforms.
Her work helped spotlight their pioneering projects, highlighting their social and environmental impact and strengthening their position as leaders in responsible design services.

Lammhults
In 2020, Rachael was invited to curate the launch event for Lammhults and Abstracta’s first UK showroom in London.
Her role encompassed the full scope of event planning and delivery - from developing the event brief and managing budgets to sourcing external suppliers such as catering and security, overseeing invitations, and leading the overall marketing strategy for the event.
