Rachael is a London-based commercially driven leader with 15+ years of experience across architecture, design and business development. She has a strong track record in driving revenue, securing high-value partnerships and leading sales and marketing in design-led cross-sector environments.

Beginning her career as an Architectural Designer, Rachael’s academic achievements - a fully sponsored BA (Hons) in Architecture and a Diploma in Interior Design - form the foundation of her professional journey. During this time, she worked on projects for clients such as LEGO, Deutsche Bank, Coca-Cola and Harrods. Additionally, working on some of the UK’s most premium real estate projects alongside names such as David Chipperfield Architects.

She leads her eponymous consultancy, Hymas Consulting, where she provides commercial strategy, creative partnerships, business development and brand representation to design-led organisations. Through this work, she currently serves as Head of Partnerships at London Design Festival and is a Brand Ambassador for several creative businesses.

Rachael is also the Founding Director of If Not Now Then When? (INNTW), a platform she launched in 2017 to encourage creative professionals to think beyond conventional career paths. Through mentoring, events and a podcast, INNTW inspires individuals in the creative industries to explore broader opportunities and new possibilities.

Her multidisciplinary expertise, extensive network and strengths in negotiation, stakeholder engagement and aligning creative/commercial goals allow her to deliver tailored services that empower both global design brands and emerging entrepreneurs.
